Why focus on body wisdom?

Have you ever noticed how stress sits in your shoulders, or how anxiety hits your stomach?

We often try to think our way out of emotional pain, but the nervous system doesn't speak the language of logic. Your body remembers everything your mind tries to forget, storing past stress, tension, and unexpressed emotion deep within your tissues.

Body Wisdom is a gentle, trauma-informed somatic process. It helps you drop out of the busy mental loops, quiet your nervous system, and safely listen to what your body is trying to tell you so you can finally let it go.


Somatic work is deeply respectful and entirely guided by your comfort level. You don’t need any prior experience; you just need to be willing to sit quietly and notice what arises.

  • 1. Grounding & Intention: We start with a gentle chat to check in with how you are feeling right now, establishing a safe space for your session.

  • 2. Somatic Tracking & Release: I guide you into a relaxed state of awareness, helping you tune into physical sensations and track where energy is held. Together, we gently invite those blocks to soften and release.

  • 3. Alignment & Integration: We finish by grounding your awareness, leaving you feeling reconnected, deeply rested, and at home within yourself.

What to expect

This session is for you if:
