HI, I’M FRAN POLLARD

Why I Do This Work – and How I Got Here

Before the Awakening

At the age of 34, I woke up a medium. I was living on the island of Penang, Malaysia and I worked as an Assistant Headteacher and secondary school English teacher. I was rational, career driven and I spent a lot of time in my head. I didn't believe in anything beyond the physical.

The Moment Everything Changed

My awakening was a jolt. A sudden, unexpected kundalini activation awakened me quickly. The following years of conscious growth and crafting my unique healing modality was thrilling- and sometimes, terrifying.

I emptied my life of what was. I created a new way for me to be.

I evolved. I grew. I transformed.

I quit my career and all the safety that life brought me.

Leaving the Career, Finding the Calling

Within 18 months, I moved to Cambodia to live communally as Resident Healer at a well established yoga & meditation retreat centre. Yet another rapid journey inwards began.

A Healing Sanctuary in Siem Reap

I then co-created a healing centre in the heart of Cambodia's spiritual centre- Siem Reap (the gateway to Angkor Wat, the world's largest temple complex). I lived and worked in a traditional Khmer wooden house with jackfruit, mango and coconut trees in the garden. It was a magical time.

Supporting Clients, Wherever They Are

My healing developed as I worked with people from all over the world. It was after working face-to-face with clients that they began to ask me to work online with them when they got home. And so, my online healing practice was born.

Medicine of the Earth

During a challenging period in my life, I found deep healing in the natural world. Herbs, Bach flowers, and woodland medicine became powerful allies, helping me reconnect with myself and the land.

These natural tools now support my work, offering gentle, grounded healing alongside spiritual and emotional transformation.

Blending Science, Soul & Spirit

And here I am. A therapist-healer blending modalities, working with spirit and you.

MY APPROACH

I blend research-backed hypnotherapy with spiritual healing & guidance to support deep and lasting transformation.

It’s the same approach that supported my own journey after my awakening.

It helped me release old patterns, reconnect with my intuition, and step into a more aligned way of living.

My Charity

After I lived in Sri Lanka, I founded The Village People, a charity dedicated to supporting families in Sri Lanka’s Eastern Province.

We provide immediate food aid to those in crisis, but our real focus is on long-term solutions, helping villagers grow their own food and build sustainable futures.

Our mission is simple: to empower communities with dignity, hope, and practical support.
