Making the Most of The Hypnosound Vault: Tips for Lasting Change
I’m really pleased to share that I’ve recently launched a series of guided self-hypnosis audios, something that’s been in the making for a while.
These audios are designed specifically for people like you: intuitive, sensitive, spiritually aware individuals who are committed to self-development and inner healing. Whether you identify as a healer, therapist, psychic, medium or simply someone on a deep inner journey, these recordings have been created with you in mind.
Each one has a clear and focused intention. They are recorded with care, using research-backed therapeutic methods, theta wave binaural music, and the kind of energy that comes from genuine spiritual connection. I use them myself regularly and can honestly say the transformation they offer can be profound.
But, as with all real healing, these audios are not a passive tool. They require a level of presence and commitment from you. The more you bring yourself to the process, the more you’ll receive.
Why Self-Hypnosis?
Self-hypnosis is a gentle yet powerful way of working with the subconscious mind. This is where so much of our emotional patterning, beliefs and early conditioning is stored. When we relax the conscious mind and drop into the slower theta brainwave state, we create a fertile space for real, sustainable change.
These recordings are crafted to guide you into that space and support transformation around themes like trusting your spiritual connection, calming the nervous system, meeting your inner child, connecting with your guide, or welcoming abundance.
How to Get the Best Results
Here are some simple but important ways to make sure you get the most from the experience.
1. Listen when your mind is most open
The subconscious is more receptive when you're relaxed. This is usually just before sleep, or as you’re waking up in the morning. These quiet moments are ideal for absorbing new patterns and beliefs. Try making the audio part of your wind-down or morning routine.
2. Be consistent
The power of hypnosis comes through repetition. You are gently reshaping deep inner beliefs, and like any lasting shift, that takes time. I recommend listening to the same recording daily, or every other day, for three to four weeks. Let the process be gradual. Most people begin to notice changes as they go, both subtle and significant.
3. Use headphones if possible
While you can listen without them, headphones help you stay focused and block out distraction. They also support the binaural beat technology in the background of the recordings, which encourages your brain to enter the ideal state for subconscious reprogramming.
4. Create a quiet, intentional space
Treat this as a sacred time for you. Switch off distractions, dim the lights if it helps, and take a moment to set a simple intention. That might sound like:
"I’m ready to meet what’s been hidden."
"I allow myself to trust my intuition more deeply."
"I open to gentle and lasting change."
Your nervous system responds well when you bring conscious presence to the process.
5. Let your body be part of it
Some of the recordings include prompts to breathe into different areas of the body or to tune into sensation. These aren’t just relaxing techniques. They support deeper nervous system regulation and help the body become a partner in your healing. You might notice tingles, a wave of emotion, or a sense of relief. This is your system processing and integrating.
6. Keep a journal
Have a notebook nearby. Insights don’t always land during the session. They may come through later, during sleep, in conversation, or as a quiet nudge. Writing things down helps you track your progress, reflect, and stay connected to your journey.
7. You’re not doing it wrong
Sometimes your mind will wander. Sometimes you’ll fall asleep. This is perfectly normal. Your subconscious is still listening and absorbing the work. You don’t need to try or force anything. Trust that whatever is meant to land, will.
8. Bring your willingness to grow
These recordings can create real change, but only when you’re ready to be honest with yourself. The clients who experience the most benefit are those who commit to the process and allow themselves to be seen, felt, and met with compassion.
Whether you’re doing shadow work, softening old defences, expanding your intuition or calling in abundance, these recordings can be a powerful tool on your journey. But they are just that: a tool. The transformation is ultimately yours to claim.
