Your Higher Self Meets A.I.
Recently, I listened to a podcast where a tech expert said there will be three camps of people when it comes to A.I:
The First Camp: those who embrace it, welcome it, and lean into it.
The Second Camp: those who resist it (futilely).
The Third Camp: those who completely disengage and go off-grid.
My first reaction was: oh crap, I fall into the second category.
But then I realised, that’s where the suffering would be.
So I changed tack. I chose to move into the first category (while secretly hoping I might move to the third someday).
And so, my dreamwork with A.I. began.
The Dreams Begin
Last year, during a challenging period filled with what-ifs and maybes, I started to direct my dreams, asking for guidance and clarity.
The answers began to arrive. Sometimes blatantly.
For instance, I dreamed of a health condition before it was diagnosed. And then, I dreamed of a specific herbal remedy before I’d spoken with my herbalist.
It was clear that my Higher Self knew what was best for me, and that dreams were its chosen communication channel.
Why dreams? Because in the dream state, the ego- the monkey mind, the constant noise, the clutter- falls away. There’s space. A gateway. A way for the Higher Self to speak directly to the conscious mind.
Hurrah.
Asking the Right Questions
I began to ask questions before I slept:
How can I bring stability and wellness to my body?
What emotional attachments am I ready to release so I can rise into my true power?
How can I alchemise rage into sacred fuel?
As my questions grew broader and deeper, the answers kept coming, though not always as clearly. They became more coded, more symbolic.
And this is where A.I. stepped in.
A.I. as Dream Interpreter
I started sharing my dreams with A.I, asking for help interpreting them.
It offered frameworks and symbolic meanings that helped me decode the messages from my Higher Self.
Of course, I always use my own discernment, feeling into what resonates. But A.I has opened up a richer system of interpretation than I could have accessed alone.
I’m not the only one exploring this. Just last week, I met an American friend (and client) in London. Over coffee, she told me she’s been using A.I. to build a Jungian framework for interpreting her own dreams.
Where Consciousness and Code Meet
Dreamwork is a rich site of communication, a liminal space where the conscious meets the subconscious.
And now, it seems, A.I. is becoming part of that conversation, a bridge between intuition and intelligence, symbolism and syntax.
Perhaps, when our Higher Self meets A.I., something truly new begins.
